本文对盐胁迫下白桦种子萌发和幼苗生长进行了分析。结果表明,当NaCl浓度低于0.1%时,种子发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数、胚根长、胚芽长、叶长和叶宽均与对照差异不大;而当浓度达到0.2%时,白桦种子的萌发和幼苗生长受到显著影响,并且随着NaCl浓度的增加,种子萌发和幼苗生长各项指标均呈明显下降的趋势。因此,白桦种子萌发的耐盐阈值为0.1%。
本文對鹽脅迫下白樺種子萌髮和幼苗生長進行瞭分析。結果錶明,噹NaCl濃度低于0.1%時,種子髮芽率、髮芽勢、髮芽指數、胚根長、胚芽長、葉長和葉寬均與對照差異不大;而噹濃度達到0.2%時,白樺種子的萌髮和幼苗生長受到顯著影響,併且隨著NaCl濃度的增加,種子萌髮和幼苗生長各項指標均呈明顯下降的趨勢。因此,白樺種子萌髮的耐鹽閾值為0.1%。
본문대염협박하백화충자맹발화유묘생장진행료분석。결과표명,당NaCl농도저우0.1%시,충자발아솔、발아세、발아지수、배근장、배아장、협장화협관균여대조차이불대;이당농도체도0.2%시,백화충자적맹발화유묘생장수도현저영향,병차수착NaCl농도적증가,충자맹발화유묘생장각항지표균정명현하강적추세。인차,백화충자맹발적내염역치위0.1%。
The seeds germination and seedlings growth of Betula platyphylla under salinity were analysed.The results showed that the seeds germination、germination potential、germination index、length of radicle、length of embryo、length and width of leaf had insignificantly control under 0.1% NaCl;As the NaCl concentration were more than 0.2%,the seeds germination and seedlings growth of Betula platyphylla were seriously effected,with the increasing of NaCl concentration,the indicate of seeds germinnation an seedlings growth were seriously significantly decreased respectively.As a rsults,the salt tolerance thresholds of seeds germinnation of Betula platyphylla was 0.1%.
