职业价值观是高职教育的重要内容，决定了高职生的职业价值定位和职业选择，处在不同年级的高职生，其职业价值观呈现的状况及发展状态是不同的。学校要采取措施，从学生的日常生活、专业实训课及校企双向交流等诸方面积极引导，循序渐进，不断培育，用社会主义核心价值观积极引领，形成文化自觉，使高职生职业价值观逐渐趋于完善。

As the important content of the higher vocational education, the higher vocational students＇ orientation of occupa- tion values and choices depend on higher vocational education, students in different grade have different views of profession- al values and developing situation. We should actively guide the students in daily life, professional training and bilateral communication between the college and enterprise. To form the cultural self- knowledge brings a higher vocational stu- dents＇ occuoation values to maturity.
