For the problems of serious silting and construction destruction in Xiaping reservoir after 15 years operation,downstream safety was threatened,therefore,the reservoir need to be reinforced to eliminate danger.Dam reinforcement scheme and the original dam seepage prevention plan are optimized from the technology and economy,and the final strengthening project is confirmed.
