近年来人民警察在群众中公信力下降,在群体性事件中成为攻击对象,袭警事件也时有发生。个别公安民警执法不严、执法不公、行为不文明不规范,甚至违法违纪,严重损害了公安队伍的形象,导致人民群众的不满。文中试图探索新时期警察应如何转变执法理念以提升警察公信力。提出公安机关要坚持走人民路线,在严格执法的同时人性化执法,通过行政公开、队伍廉洁建设、便民服务等方式不断维护和加强警民之间的理解和支持,提升公信力,为维护新时期社会稳定做出贡献。
近年來人民警察在群衆中公信力下降,在群體性事件中成為攻擊對象,襲警事件也時有髮生。箇彆公安民警執法不嚴、執法不公、行為不文明不規範,甚至違法違紀,嚴重損害瞭公安隊伍的形象,導緻人民群衆的不滿。文中試圖探索新時期警察應如何轉變執法理唸以提升警察公信力。提齣公安機關要堅持走人民路線,在嚴格執法的同時人性化執法,通過行政公開、隊伍廉潔建設、便民服務等方式不斷維護和加彊警民之間的理解和支持,提升公信力,為維護新時期社會穩定做齣貢獻。
근년래인민경찰재군음중공신력하강,재군체성사건중성위공격대상,습경사건야시유발생。개별공안민경집법불엄、집법불공、행위불문명불규범,심지위법위기,엄중손해료공안대오적형상,도치인민군음적불만。문중시도탐색신시기경찰응여하전변집법이념이제승경찰공신력。제출공안궤관요견지주인민로선,재엄격집법적동시인성화집법,통과행정공개、대오렴길건설、편민복무등방식불단유호화가강경민지간적리해화지지,제승공신력,위유호신시기사회은정주출공헌。
In recent years the credibility of the people＇s police fell in the masses,becoming an attack object in the group event,and assaulting events occur.Lax and unfair law enforcement of individual police officers,uncivilized and unstandardized behavior and even breaking the law and discipline,seriously damaged the image of the public security force,resulting in people＇s discontent.This paper attempts to explore how the police change the enforcement philosophy in the new era to increase the credibility of the police.Public security organs should adhere to the people＇s route,humane law enforcement while in the strict enforcement,through the public administration,clean team building and convenient services,etc.continue to maintain and strengthen the understanding and support between the police and the community to enhance the credibility contributed for the maintenance of the social stability in the new era.
