The paper focuses on the status of cultivation and processing of dehydrated sweet pepper in Bayannaoer, discusses the growing situation of a new sweet pepper variety Beixing 8 and some problems of the dehydrated sweet pepper industry, and points out some countermeasures for the development of this industry of Bayannaoer in the future.
