川椒301是以辣椒胞质雄性不育系尖113A为母本、恢复系甜C16为父本配制的早熟辣椒一代杂种。该品种果实牛角形，果面光滑有光泽，有纵棱，青果绿色，成熟果红色。单果质量63．9g，果长16．0cm，果肩宽4．6em，果肉厚0．32em，味辣，VC含量121．6mg／100g（鲜样质量）。每667m2产鲜红椒3125．6kg。田间抗病性调查，抗病毒病、炭疽病。适宜全国各地露地和保护地栽培。

Chuanjiao 301 is an early mature hot pepper F1 hybrid crossbred between a cytoplasmic male sterile line Jian l13A and a restorer line Tian C16. It grows ox-horn-shaped fruit with smooth green or red shin at maturity, very pungent in tast, 16.0 cm in length, 4.6 cm in diameter, 0.32 cm in fruit-wall thickness and 63.9 g per fruit. Its vitamin C content in fresh fruit is 121.6 mg per 100 g. It yields 46.88 t fresh red fruit per hmz, resistant to virus disease and anthrax, suitable for growing in both open and protected field.
