检索秦汉文献,考察古人＂移精变气＂之说。结果发现：这是《内经》倡导的一种旨在以针刺仿效远古时代祝由＂移精变气＂的治疗方法。其法是模拟＂道＂的状态,在医生的心神引导之下,通过神气即精气的移徙,实现医患合一,再施针刺以疗疾病。并且发现＂病为本,工为标＂是医患双方形气合一、与道相符的标识。
검색진한문헌,고찰고인＂이정변기＂지설。결과발현：저시《내경》창도적일충지재이침자방효원고시대축유＂이정변기＂적치료방법。기법시모의＂도＂적상태,재의생적심신인도지하,통과신기즉정기적이사,실현의환합일,재시침자이료질병。병차발현＂병위본,공위표＂시의환쌍방형기합일、여도상부적표식。
We searched the literatures of Qin Dynasty and Han Dynasty to explore the theory of transforming essence and qi,finding it a therapy of acupuncture imitating saying prayers in the ancient times suggested in The Yellow Emperor＇s Inner Classic.It models the state of Tao to transform essence and qi under the guide of the mind and spirit of the doctor so as to achieve the integration of patient and doctor,and then to do acupuncture.We also regarded disease as the root,and doctor as biao,which is the association of qi and body of both patient and doctor,as well as the correspondence of Tao.
