为研究细粒煤在空气重介质流化床中的分层规律,试验采用空气重介质流化床,对3~6mm细粒煤在床层高度分别为150,200,250mm时的分选做了初步的探讨,所用实验设备为直径170mm,高为500mm的圆柱体流化床.研究结果表明:高密度细粒煤大部分聚集在床层中下部;低密度细粒煤则倾向于在床层中上部聚集.因为在此加重质粒度组成及流态化条件下达到了颗粒分选下限,导致分选效果变差.

In order to study fine coal in the air dense medium fluidized bed,an experiment has been made by adopting air dense medium fluidized bed,and a preliminary study has been done for separating 3~6 mm fine coal in the bed height 150,200,250 mm.Laboratory equipment uses the cylindrical fluidized bed with 170 mm in diameter,and 500 mm in height.The experimental results show that most of the high density of fine coal is accumulated in the lower part of the bed,while low-density fine coal tends to gather in the upper bed.This increase is mainly due to plasmid degree in composition and fluidization conditions to achieve the minimum separation of particles,resulting in poor separation effect.
