In this paper, scale efficiency of DUMs has been studied firstly. Then inefficient DMUs have been studied by classical DEA models and super DEA models. For CCR inefficient DUMs, model ( 1 ) and mod- el (3) are equivalent. For BCC inefficient DMUs, model (2) and model (4) are equivalent.
