城市是经济发展和资源消费的主要载体,发展低碳城市是我国转变经济发展方式,实现可持续发展的重要手段之一。低碳经济概念提出后,国内外学者对低碳经济的理论内涵进行深入探索,各国也在积极尝试构建低碳城市,并取得一定成果,本文在低碳经济的理论综述基础上,对国际上发展低碳城市的成功实践进行分析,并对我国构建低碳城市提出建议。
