为帮助和促进大学生健康成长与顺利成才,我国大学生资助体系正日益完善,目前主要由奖学金、助学金、国家助学贷款、学费与贷款代偿四大部分构成。随着大学生资助体系的不断健全,其基本特点主要有四点：一是由无偿给予为主转为重在有偿资助,二是由资助形式不多改为资助体系丰富,三是坚持激励优秀先进与济困解难并重,四是从侧重奖励优秀转向注重关爱贫困,强调资助解困与助学育人相结合。

In order to help and promote the healthy growth of college students, The College Subsidization Sys- tem in China is increasingly improved, consist mainly of four parts： scholarships, grants, national student loans, tu- ition fee and loan compensation. With the constant improvement of College Subsidization System, Subsidization Sys- tem has four main characteristics： the first characteristic is transition from free to give to paid support; the second is change from scarcity of subsidization forms to enrichment of Subsidization System; the third is to attach equal impor- tance to both encouraging the outstanding students and solving the poor problem; the fourth is transition from laying particular emphasis on rewarding excellent students to attaching importance to caring for the impoverished students, stressing the combination of subsidizing students with difficulties and giving financial aid to students and cultivating talent.
