印染废水的排放量逐年增加,对水环境污染威胁日益加剧。微生物絮凝剂作为当前一种具有发展潜力的新型环保型絮凝剂,在印染废水的处理方面具有广泛的应用前景。本实验从校外濂溪河的污泥中分离出28种微生物,然后对印染废水进行处理,筛选出了3种处理效果比较好的微生物X4、X5、X6,接着对X4、X5、X6进行优化实验。结果表明:X4、X5、X6的最佳碳源分别是蔗糖、葡萄糖、蔗糖;最佳氮源分别是硫酸胺、蛋白胨、硫酸胺;最佳无机盐都是KCl;最佳培养温度分别是37℃、34℃、370C;最佳培养pH分别是7、自然、自然;最佳培养天数都是5d。在最佳培养条件下,X4、X5、X6能达到的脱色率分别是52.2%、51.4%、57.1%。

인염폐수적배방량축년증가,대수배경오염위협일익가극。미생물서응제작위당전일충구유발전잠력적신형배보형서응제,재인염폐수적처리방면구유엄범적응용전경。본실험종교외렴계하적오니중분리출28충미생물,연후대인염폐수진행처리,사선출료3충처리효과비교호적미생물X4、X5、X6,접착대X4、X5、X6진행우화실험。결과표명:X4、X5、X6적최가탄원분별시자당、포도당、자당;최가담원분별시류산알、단백동、류산알;최가무궤염도시KCl;최가배양온도분별시37℃、34℃、370C;최가배양pH분별시7、자연、자연;최가배양천수도시5d。재최가배양조건하,X4、X5、X6능체도적탈색솔분별시52.2%、51.4%、57.1%。
As printing and dyeing wastewater discharge is increasing year by year, threat to water environment is being intensified. As a kind of potential new environmental flocculant, microbial flocculants has a widespread prospect in treatment of printing and dyeing wastewater. In this experi- ment, printing and dyeing wastewater treatment was conducted by using 28 kinds of microorganisms extracted from the Lianxi River near Jiujiang University and three microorganisms X4, X5, X6 which have better effect were screened out and optimized. The result shows: the best carbon sources of X4, X5, X6are respectively sucrose, glucose and sucrose. The optimum nitrogen sources are Ammonium Sulfate, Peptone and Ammonium Sulfate. the best inorganic salts are the same as called KC1. Most proper incubation temperatures are respectively 37℃, 34℃, 37℃. The best incubation pH is 7, nat- ural and natural. The best incubation period are all 5 days. Under the optimal condition, the decolori- zation rate of X4, X5, X6 can separately reach 52. 2 %, 51.4% and 57. 1%.
