随着实体经济的复苏,一方面表现为＂用工荒＂,因物流业发展迅猛而使得企业急需各类人才;一方面又表现为＂就业难＂,因众多的人才一职难求,使得大批物流专业毕业生所面临的就业前景如履薄冰。＂十二五＂时期是我国经济结构调整和发展方式转变的关键时期,解决企业用工荒与大学生就业难这一矛盾迫在眉睫。

With the recovery of the real economy,on one hand,there comes up the labor shortage due to the rapid development of the logistics industry which results in the lack of all kinds of talents in enterprises;on the other hand,there arises the problem of ＂employment difficulty＂ because of too many talents making a large number of logistics graduates facing difficult prospects of finding a good job.The ＂Twelfth Five-Year Plan＂ period is a crucial stage of China＇s economic structural adjustment and development,and therefore it is very urgent to solve the labor shortage and overcome the employment difficulty that large numbers of graduates are now encountering.
