海南产三叉苦[Melicope ptelefolia(Champ.exβenth.)Hartley]茎用质量分数为75%的乙醇提取,提取液依次用石油醚、乙酸乙酯、氯仿和正丁醇充分萃取,硅胶柱色谱、葡聚糖凝胶柱色谱反复分离纯化,根据理化性质和波谱数据鉴定化合物的结构。结果分离得到12个化合物,分别鉴定为邻苯二甲酸二丁酯(phthalicaciddibutylester)(1),香兰素(vanillin)(2),β-谷甾醇β-sitosterol(3),木栓酮(riedelin)(4),β-胡萝卜苷(一-daucoster01)(5),leptonol(6),苯甲酸正丁异丁酯(phthalicacidbutylisobutylester)(7),methylleptolA(8),异吴莱萸酮酚(isoevodion01)(9),leptenA(10),evodione(11),东莨菪素(scopoletin)(12),其中化合物(2)、(4)、(7)、(12)首次从该植物中分离得到。
海南產三扠苦[Melicope ptelefolia(Champ.exβenth.)Hartley]莖用質量分數為75%的乙醇提取,提取液依次用石油醚、乙痠乙酯、氯倣和正丁醇充分萃取,硅膠柱色譜、葡聚糖凝膠柱色譜反複分離純化,根據理化性質和波譜數據鑒定化閤物的結構。結果分離得到12箇化閤物,分彆鑒定為鄰苯二甲痠二丁酯(phthalicaciddibutylester)(1),香蘭素(vanillin)(2),β-穀甾醇β-sitosterol(3),木栓酮(riedelin)(4),β-鬍蘿蔔苷(一-daucoster01)(5),leptonol(6),苯甲痠正丁異丁酯(phthalicacidbutylisobutylester)(7),methylleptolA(8),異吳萊萸酮酚(isoevodion01)(9),leptenA(10),evodione(11),東莨菪素(scopoletin)(12),其中化閤物(2)、(4)、(7)、(12)首次從該植物中分離得到。
해남산삼차고[Melicope ptelefolia(Champ.exβenth.)Hartley]경용질량분수위75%적을순제취,제취액의차용석유미、을산을지、록방화정정순충분췌취,규효주색보、포취당응효주색보반복분리순화,근거이화성질화파보수거감정화합물적결구。결과분리득도12개화합물,분별감정위린분이갑산이정지(phthalicaciddibutylester)(1),향란소(vanillin)(2),β-곡치순β-sitosterol(3),목전동(riedelin)(4),β-호라복감(일-daucoster01)(5),leptonol(6),분갑산정정이정지(phthalicacidbutylisobutylester)(7),methylleptolA(8),이오래유동분(isoevodion01)(9),leptenA(10),evodione(11),동랑탕소(scopoletin)(12),기중화합물(2)、(4)、(7)、(12)수차종해식물중분리득도。
To research the chemical constituents from the stems of Melicope ptelefolia (Champ. ex Benth.) Hartley in hainan, 12 compounds were obtained by silica chromatography and preparative TLC from the stems of Melicope ptelefolia (Evodia lepta Spr. Merr.) The chemical structures of these compounds were identified by modem spectroscopy as well as physico-chemical analysis. These compounds were identified to be phthalic acid dibutyl ester ( 1 ), vanillin (2), β-sitos- terol (3), riedelin (4),β-daucosterol (5), leptonol (6), phthalic acid butyl isobutyl ester (7), methylleptol A (8), isoevodionol(9), lepten A (10), evodione ( 11 ), (scopoletin) (12). Compound (2), (4), (7), (12) was isolated from Evodia lepta Spr. Merr. for the first time.
