在对河南省栾川县林业资源调查的基础上,阐述森林资源的现状及变化情况,分析得出栾川县林业发展的特点：经济发展与森林资源保护之间存在矛盾、森林资源结构不合理等,最后探讨林业发展的对策：坚持森林分类经营;大力发展经济林及林下产业;借助生态,大力发展森林旅游业;依靠科技促进林业的可持续发展。

On the basis of investigation of forestry resource in Henan Province Luanchuan County,Analysis of the characteristics of forest resources and the changes. Then analysis of the characteristics of forestry development in Luanchuan County：There are contradictions between economic development and protection of forest resources, the structure of forest resources is unreasonable and so on. Finally, putting forward the strategy of forestry development： Adhering to the forest classification management,developing economic forest energetically and forest industry,developing the forest tourism with the ecology,relying on science and technology for sustainable development of forestry.
