锦凌水库工程临时建筑工程一期围堰总长为1 504.2m,其基础部位地质极其复杂,施工段覆盖层主要为全新统冲洪积圆砾层,中密,局部夹卵石层,底部5~6 m有一层粒径较大、胶结密实、透水性强的卵砾石层。围堰基础防渗工程工期非常紧,要在较短时间内完成此复杂地层的基础防渗处理难度极大,结合该工程的具体情况,采用了高压摆喷灌浆施工工艺,并采用振孔高喷工艺及钻孔高喷工艺结合的方法,不仅提高了工时功效,而且灌浆的成墙质量达到了较好的效果。
錦凌水庫工程臨時建築工程一期圍堰總長為1 504.2m,其基礎部位地質極其複雜,施工段覆蓋層主要為全新統遲洪積圓礫層,中密,跼部夾卵石層,底部5~6 m有一層粒徑較大、膠結密實、透水性彊的卵礫石層。圍堰基礎防滲工程工期非常緊,要在較短時間內完成此複雜地層的基礎防滲處理難度極大,結閤該工程的具體情況,採用瞭高壓襬噴灌漿施工工藝,併採用振孔高噴工藝及鑽孔高噴工藝結閤的方法,不僅提高瞭工時功效,而且灌漿的成牆質量達到瞭較好的效果。
금릉수고공정림시건축공정일기위언총장위1 504.2m,기기출부위지질겁기복잡,시공단복개층주요위전신통충홍적원력층,중밀,국부협란석층,저부5~6 m유일층립경교대、효결밀실、투수성강적란력석층。위언기출방삼공정공기비상긴,요재교단시간내완성차복잡지층적기출방삼처리난도겁대,결합해공정적구체정황,채용료고압파분관장시공공예,병채용진공고분공예급찬공고분공예결합적방법,불부제고료공시공효,이차관장적성장질량체도료교호적효과。
The first period cofferdam of the temporary construction project of Jinling Reservoir project is 1504.2 meters long in total.The geological conditions is extremely complex in its base part,overlying stratum in construction section is mainly alluvial round gravel layer of Holocene series,medium density,intercalating with a pebble layer partially,there is a layer of pebble and gravel in great grain diameter of 5-6 meters,cohered closely,and in high permeability on the bottom.The cofferdam foundation anti-seepage is a very urgent work during the construction period,it is hard to complete the foundation project against seepage in so complex layer in such a short time.Taking the concret detail of project into consideration,the technology of high pressure oscillating spray grouting was adopted,namely the combination for the high pressure spray grouting of vibration hole and bore hole.The methods not only save the construction time and improve the efficiency but also promote the grouting wall be in a good quality.
