对闽西职业技术学院2006届至2009届1500多个毕业生,就高职毕业生劳动合同签订状况及影响因素进行调查。调查表明高职毕业生劳动合同签订率偏低,且总体呈下降趋势;同时描述和分析了高职毕业生签订劳动合同的状况,从而提出学校要重视《劳动合同法》的学习宣传和培养毕业生积极的职业心态,从而更好地提高高职毕业生劳动合同签订率。

The status of labor contract signing and its influential factors for more than 1,500 graduates from Minxi Vocational and Technical College graduated from 2006 to 2009 are investigated.Survey shows the low rate of labor contract signing with the vocational graduates,and the overall downward trend.Also the status of vocational graduates＇ signing labor contract is described and analyzed,and thus it is put forward that schools should pay attention to the ＂Labor Contract Law＂ learning and cultivate graduates＇ positive occupational attitude so as to better improve the rate of vocational graduates labor contract signing.
