在系统科学中自组织是系统的一种存在形式,和他组织相比,自组织更符合系统的生存机制,它能够实现系统内部各要素高效的协同合作,使系统内资源的作用得以最大限度的发挥.利用自组织理论分析教学系统,可以使教师了解并关注自组织现象,对教学设计的诸要素从系统的全新视角来分析,使教学过程成为自组织过程.探讨了基于自组织理论的信息技术课堂教学设计策略.

Self-organization is a form of system in system science.Compared with other organizations,it is more consistent with the survival mechanism of the system and can achieve efficient collaboration within all the elements of the system,and thus maximizes the role of the resources in the system.By analyzing the teaching system with the self-organization theory,teachers can understand and pay attention to self-organization phenomenon,so that they can get a new and systematic perspective of the teaching design.The teaching process has become a self-organization process.Some teaching design strategies in information technology classroom are put forward based on self-organization theory.
