为了准确评估教师校本培训的实际成效,提升校本教师教育水准,研究制订中小学教师校本培训评估指标就显得尤为重要。在实证调查研究的基础上,本文分析了校本培训评估指标应具有的基本特征,并提出具体评估指标的基本内容、评估要点和权重分配,以及实施评估时需要注意的问题。

In order to precisely evaluate the actual effect of school-based teachers-training and improve the educational standard of school-based teachers,it is obviously important to research and establish school-based training for primary and secondary school teachers.On the basis of studying some empirical investigations,this paper analyzes the basic features that the evaluation index of school-based training should have.This paper also puts forward the basic contents and key points of the evaluation index and some problems needing attention during the implementation of the evaluation.
