高中教学策略课题主要做了理论与实践衔接的高端思考、总策略和微观策略的框架设计、理论向实践转化的路径设计、根据课题需要确定研究方法等方面的理论构建;在实施时主要采取了选择农村项目学校、贯穿课题培训、提供行动研究工具箱、着力跟进式研讨等推进策略。但在行动研究过程管理和发挥团队研究合力方面仍需加强。

Our proposal about teaching strategy research in senior high school starts with thoughts on connecting theories with practices,design of the overall and micro-scale strategy frameworks,design of the transition pathway from theories to practices,as well as the establishment of the theoretical methodology as determined by the study topics.In implementation stage,we adopted strategies which involve selection of rural project schools,project training,the supply of action study toolboxes,and follow-up discussions with emphases.In the future,more work needs to be done on the management of the action study process and more efficient teamwork schemes.
