教师自身发展和成长中,往往比较重视工作能力和技巧的发展,而教师思维能力的培养和提高却没有得到相应的重视和提高。要成长为一个优秀的教师,引导学生掌握学习知识、获取信息的方法,培养学生的创新精神和实践能力,培养高素质的人才,必须要掌握灵活的、适应教育需要的思维方式。
教師自身髮展和成長中,往往比較重視工作能力和技巧的髮展,而教師思維能力的培養和提高卻沒有得到相應的重視和提高。要成長為一箇優秀的教師,引導學生掌握學習知識、穫取信息的方法,培養學生的創新精神和實踐能力,培養高素質的人纔,必鬚要掌握靈活的、適應教育需要的思維方式。
교사자신발전화성장중,왕왕비교중시공작능력화기교적발전,이교사사유능력적배양화제고각몰유득도상응적중시화제고。요성장위일개우수적교사,인도학생장악학습지식、획취신식적방법,배양학생적창신정신화실천능력,배양고소질적인재,필수요장악령활적、괄응교육수요적사유방식。
Teachers' thinking abilities in work and professional development are neglected in teacher education and teacher training, therefore, these abilities don't improve in line with teachers' develop- ment. Flexible ways of thinking that meet the needs of education is a must for a good teacher who can handle problems with all the students, deal with the possible complicated situation in education, guide the student to know the ways to master knowledge and obtain information, cultivate students" innovative spirit and practical ability and cultivate talents.
