为研究饮水添加不同剂量党参、淫羊藿提取物对青脚麻鸡盲肠组织结构的影响,将420只14日龄青脚麻鸡,随机分为7个组,每组60只,分别饮水添加党参、淫羊藿提取物2g/L、1g/L、0.5 g/L,对照组饮用自来水,于饲饮后第28、35、42、49、56日龄处死,取盲肠标本并用Bouin液固定,制作石蜡切片,HE染色,显微观察并摄影。结果表明,1g/L组淫羊藿提取物和2g/L组党参提取物对盲肠组织结构变化最为显著,可引起盲肠扁桃体的弥散淋巴组织和淋巴小结增多、变大,淋巴细胞密集。说明1g/L组淫羊藿提取物和2g/L组党参提取物可增强青脚麻鸡盲肠黏膜的正常免疫屏障结构。

위연구음수첨가불동제량당삼、음양곽제취물대청각마계맹장조직결구적영향,장420지14일령청각마계,수궤분위7개조,매조60지,분별음수첨가당삼、음양곽제취물2g/L、1g/L、0.5 g/L,대조조음용자래수,우사음후제28、35、42、49、56일령처사,취맹장표본병용Bouin액고정,제작석사절편,HE염색,현미관찰병섭영。결과표명,1g/L조음양곽제취물화2g/L조당삼제취물대맹장조직결구변화최위현저,가인기맹장편도체적미산림파조직화림파소결증다、변대,림파세포밀집。설명1g/L조음양곽제취물화2g/L조당삼제취물가증강청각마계맹장점막적정상면역병장결구。
To study the effects of extraction from Pilose Asiabell Root and Herba Epimedii Brevicornus on the cecum tissue structure of Partridge Shank Chicken's,420 Partridge Shank Chickens of 14-day were randomly divided into seven groups.Control groups and experiment group were drunk with tap water and different doses of extract from Pilose Asiabell Root and Herba Epimedii Brevicornus,and the doses are respectively by 2g/L,1g/L,0.5 g/L,after drinking in the first 28,35,42,49,56 days and killed,and taking the cecum fixed with Bouin liquid,making paraffin section,HE dyed,microscopic observation and photography.The result shows that the extraction of 1g/L dose Herba Epimedii Brevicornus and 2g/L dose Pilose Asiabell Root are most significant in effect on the cecum tissue structure,and they can cause that the cecum tonsil dispersion lymphatic organization and lymphatic summary increased,lymphatic cells intensive.It accounts for extraction from Pilose Asiabell Root and Herba Epimedii Brevicornus that it can improve immune function of Partridge Shank Chicken's cecum.
