The communication networking configuration for power distribution automation and consumption information collection is put forward based on Ethernet passive optical network(EPON) technology according to current power distribution situation.The upper and lower connective networking protection technology of EPON is introduced in detail.The problem which is resolved is that communication and metering device power fail when the dual power of power distribution is switched mutually.
