Oil degrading bacteria%Lipase%Screening%Identification
[目的]筛选并鉴定高效油脂降解菌。[方法]采用富集分离法从食堂下水道口的污泥、污水池、油脂加工厂和发霉菜籽饼中分离出8株具有油脂降解能力的菌种,经复筛最终得到1株降解油脂能力较高的菌株,通过从菌株形态和生理生化特征进行鉴定。[结果]菌株CS-4的初始酶活力为10 U/mL,在牛肉膏蛋白胨固体培养基上表面光滑,单菌落,湿润,革兰氏阳性杆菌,有运动性,好氧,葡萄糖发酵产酸,初步确定该菌为芽孢杆菌属。[结论]该研究为在油脂下脚料及油脂污染中采用生物降解提供一定的理论依据。
[目的]篩選併鑒定高效油脂降解菌。[方法]採用富集分離法從食堂下水道口的汙泥、汙水池、油脂加工廠和髮黴菜籽餅中分離齣8株具有油脂降解能力的菌種,經複篩最終得到1株降解油脂能力較高的菌株,通過從菌株形態和生理生化特徵進行鑒定。[結果]菌株CS-4的初始酶活力為10 U/mL,在牛肉膏蛋白胨固體培養基上錶麵光滑,單菌落,濕潤,革蘭氏暘性桿菌,有運動性,好氧,葡萄糖髮酵產痠,初步確定該菌為芽孢桿菌屬。[結論]該研究為在油脂下腳料及油脂汙染中採用生物降解提供一定的理論依據。

[Objective] The aim was to screen and identify high effieieney oil degrading bacteria. [Method] 8 strains that had good degradation on oil were isolated from the mud of canteen outtall,sewage tank, oil processing and mildew rapeseed meal by enrichment euhure. Through secondary screening, 1 strain that could effectively degrade oil was obtained finally. Morphological, physiologieal and biochemical characteristics were used to identify strain. [llesult] The initial enzyme activity of the strain CS-4 was 10 U/mL. The physiological and biochemical characteristics of the strain CS-4 were surfaee smooth on beef extraet peptone solid medium, single colony, wetting, gram-positive bacilli, with sports, aerobic and fermentation of glucose. [Conclusion] This study provide theoretical basis for solving grease waste and oil pollution with method of biodegradation.
