根据在线总硫分析仪检测出的轻汽油中总硫含量，操作人员及时调整工艺运行参数，保证轻汽油中的总硫含量在控制质量指标范围内。仪表投用后由于驱动压力问题，进油温度对仪表的影响，使仪表不能实现长周期运行，通过对预处理系统的改造保证了仪表的运行。通过与标准液的测量比对，说日月J总硫分析仪分析数据准确，能够正确反映生产工艺变化，满足装置生产要求。
