学生要重修的课没开怎么办？重修课和学生上课时间冲突怎么办？重修课虽开了、但学生拖延不选怎么办？这些问题高校教务部门无法回避;但很多高校由于缺乏引导、监控机制,重修报名工作的针对性较差。如果处理不当将影响学生毕业,后患无穷。亟需一种让学生一旦不及格就能方便报名,对重修报名进程能直观、明了地监控的机制。通过选课流程再造与选课系统功能的整合,我校已能较方便地实现学生重修课程整理、重修报名、冲突免听、未开课程申请、申请信息采集与集中处理、特殊情况处置和相关手续办理,同时通过规范的流程控制、严密的系统限制,严格保障各项规章制度落到实处。

what if the course for re-study is not arranged What if the schedule conflicts between the re-study course and normal course What if students don＇t select the courses on time if the courses are arranged The study administration can not avoid these challenges;however these challenges are not properly addressed due to the lack of guidance and procedure to monitor.There will be serious consequence to students if these issues are not handled properly.Procedures to facilitate students with their enrollment for re-study once they have failed the examination,and to provide visibility and monitor of the re-study enrollment process are desperately needed.Through the optimization of course selection process and course selection system,the administration can manage the arrangement of course for re-study,re-study enrollment,schedule conflict,application for courses not arranged,collection of application information,special case handling and formalities.Meanwhile,the administration can ensure the procedures take real effect through the control of process and system.
