This paper uses the knowledge of probability theory to estimate the number of freshman, strategy of the elective course, the late probability, the difficulty of examination and the thesis guide and the graduation estima- tion. Job problems are also reviewed and summarized providing a theoretical basis for teaching and management in such issue.
