Taking the intelligent building VAV laboratory of a university as a platform,the energy control scheme air conditioning water system was studied.A control model was established,which is constructed based on Smith predictive controller,to reduce the temperature control time-delay of VAV water system.Owing to the advantages of the Smith predictive controller,the influence of dynamic characteristic large time-delay was reduced.Simulation results showed that the system has effectiveness and good performance.
