在教师专业发展理论基础上,结合西部农村教育的特殊性,从特岗教师专业理想的建立、专业知识的拓展、专业能力的发展、专业自我的形成四方面探析其专业发展的现状,进而提出了发展途径:师范教育的前期准备,特岗教师的入职和在职培训,特岗教师的自我教育。
在教師專業髮展理論基礎上,結閤西部農村教育的特殊性,從特崗教師專業理想的建立、專業知識的拓展、專業能力的髮展、專業自我的形成四方麵探析其專業髮展的現狀,進而提齣瞭髮展途徑:師範教育的前期準備,特崗教師的入職和在職培訓,特崗教師的自我教育。
재교사전업발전이론기출상,결합서부농촌교육적특수성,종특강교사전업이상적건립、전업지식적탁전、전업능력적발전、전업자아적형성사방면탐석기전업발전적현상,진이제출료발전도경:사범교육적전기준비,특강교사적입직화재직배훈,특강교사적자아교육。
Based on teachers' professional development theory and integrating the particularities of western rural education,the paper probes into the status quo of specially contracted teachers' professional development in four aspects: the establishment of teachers' professional ideals,the expansion of professional knowledge,the development of professional skills and the formation of professional self and then proposes the developing approaches: preliminary preparations for teaching education,the pre-and on-the-job and self-education.
