绿色消费是实现人与自然和谐相处,发展低碳经济的重要保证。发展绿色消费有赖于政府、企业和消费者绿色消费观念的增强,更要靠相关制度保障措施的完善。当前我国的绿色消费取得了很大的发展,但仍然存在诸多阻碍因素。而我国原有的立法并不能提供有效的解决办法,应当借鉴德国和日本有关绿色消费的先进法律制度,进一步完善绿色消费立法。
綠色消費是實現人與自然和諧相處,髮展低碳經濟的重要保證。髮展綠色消費有賴于政府、企業和消費者綠色消費觀唸的增彊,更要靠相關製度保障措施的完善。噹前我國的綠色消費取得瞭很大的髮展,但仍然存在諸多阻礙因素。而我國原有的立法併不能提供有效的解決辦法,應噹藉鑒德國和日本有關綠色消費的先進法律製度,進一步完善綠色消費立法。
록색소비시실현인여자연화해상처,발전저탄경제적중요보증。발전록색소비유뢰우정부、기업화소비자록색소비관념적증강,경요고상관제도보장조시적완선。당전아국적록색소비취득료흔대적발전,단잉연존재제다조애인소。이아국원유적입법병불능제공유효적해결판법,응당차감덕국화일본유관록색소비적선진법률제도,진일보완선록색소비입법。
Green consumption is an important guarantee of the harmonious relationship between human beings and nature and low-carbon economy development.Developing green consumption depends on the strengthening of green consumption idea of the government,companies and consumers,and even relies on the perfection of the related system supporting measures.In China,green consumption has made great progress,yet there are still many hindrances,which cannot be effectively solved by the current legislation.Therefore,the advanced legal systems of Germany and Japan on the green consumption should be used for reference to perfect China＇s green consumption legislation.
