以改良西门子法做对比,先从原料、产品、资源消耗和污染物排放等方面进行定性分析,再采用综合指标法进行清洁生产水平综合评价,使建设项目的清洁生产水平清晰、明了,更容易从技术、管理上找到差距,对今后同类项目环境影响评价和清洁生产审核具有一定的借鉴意义。
