新建铁路线路走向是新建铁路开工前必须解决的问题。为了获得合理的新建铁路走向,构建了由工程投资、预期客流、环境保护和工程条件四个指标组成的评价体系,运用AHM方法进行了评价。在新建铁路线路走向选择建模基础上,开发基于Delphi新建铁路线路走向选择辅助系统,进而通过实例的运行来论证系统的正确性和实用性。
新建鐵路線路走嚮是新建鐵路開工前必鬚解決的問題。為瞭穫得閤理的新建鐵路走嚮,構建瞭由工程投資、預期客流、環境保護和工程條件四箇指標組成的評價體繫,運用AHM方法進行瞭評價。在新建鐵路線路走嚮選擇建模基礎上,開髮基于Delphi新建鐵路線路走嚮選擇輔助繫統,進而通過實例的運行來論證繫統的正確性和實用性。

New rail line to the new railway must be decided before the start.In order to obtain a reasonable new rail line to the new railway,a decision-making model of new rail line option faced new railway is built based on the index system which includes four major decision goals(project investment,expected passenger flow,Environmental protection,Engineering condition).It has adopted the AHM method to achieve solution to the model.In the new railway line to select the model,a program of new railway lines selection support system is developed based on Delphi,and then run through the instance to prove the correctness and usefulness of the system.
