受采动影响极松软煤层巷道一直是煤矿支护的难点。本文针对芦岭矿II927综放工作面极松软煤层巷道,在分析该巷道支护难点的基础上,提出了“控变形”与“让压力”相结合的围岩控制对策,即采用全封闭重型U型钢壁后充填技术控制巷道围岩大变形,采用大孔径深孔卸压技术及时释放围岩内部变形能并转移高应力。工程实践表明:采用该控制对策能有效控制巷道围岩变形,提高围岩的整体稳定性,为矿井安全生产创造了条件。

Highly loose coal mine roadways that is prone to be influenced by mining has long been a difficuh problem to handle in coal mine supporting. In view of the highly loose coal seam roadway at II927 fully mechanized mining face at Lu Ling Coal Mine, this paper, based on analysis of the difficult roadway supporting problems, proposes the combinative" control distortion" and "give up pressure" control mea- sures. The specific measures include filling technology behind totally-sealed heavy U type steel walls to control the major distortion of the roadway surrounding rock, as well as large-aperture deep hole pressure-relief technology to release the distortion energy inside the surround- ing rocks. Practices have proved that the adoption of the measures could effectively control the distortion of the roadway surrounding rocks, enhance the overall stability and provide conditions for safety production of the coal mines.
