对三层实木复合地板的板坯结构和面层涂饰所导致的不对称结构对翘曲变形的影响研究结果表明:在板坯结构上,提高表层板材的厚度或者减小底层单板厚度,能减少变形产生。其中,提高表层板材厚度效果较为显著;在面层涂饰上,通过对底层单板进行涂饰或覆膜处理,也能有效减少翘曲变形。
對三層實木複閤地闆的闆坯結構和麵層塗飾所導緻的不對稱結構對翹麯變形的影響研究結果錶明:在闆坯結構上,提高錶層闆材的厚度或者減小底層單闆厚度,能減少變形產生。其中,提高錶層闆材厚度效果較為顯著;在麵層塗飾上,通過對底層單闆進行塗飾或覆膜處理,也能有效減少翹麯變形。

The effect of asymmetric structure due to mat structure and surface finishing on warping deformation of three-layer parquet was studied. The results showed that increasing the thickness of the plate surface or reducing the thickness of the bottom veneer can reduce warping deformation due to mat structure, and it was significant to increase the thickness of surface plate, and coating or sealing to the bottom veneer also can effectively reduce warping deformation.
