以提油后的榛子粕为原料,对榛子蛋白质提取工艺进行研究,得到最佳提取条件,即pH值8.5,料液比1:40,45℃超声波提取45min,然后在pH值4.5条件进行酸沉淀,榛子蛋白质提取率可以达到68%左右。

With hazelnut meal left after oil extraction as mw material, the extraction technology of corydaline was researched to ob- tain the following optimal extraction conditions: pH valve was 8.5; ratio of material to liquid was 1 : 40; ultrasonic extraction lasted for 45min at the temperature of 45 ℃; and acid precipitation was performed under the condition that pH value was 4.5. And the extraction rate of corydaline was about 68%.
