以提油后的榛子粕为原料，对榛子蛋白质提取工艺进行研究，得到最佳提取条件，即pH值8．5，料液比1：40，45℃超声波提取45min，然后在pH值4．5条件进行酸沉淀，榛子蛋白质提取率可以达到68％左右。

With hazelnut meal left after oil extraction as mw material, the extraction technology of corydaline was researched to ob- tain the following optimal extraction conditions： pH valve was 8.5; ratio of material to liquid was 1 ： 40; ultrasonic extraction lasted for 45min at the temperature of 45 ℃; and acid precipitation was performed under the condition that pH value was 4.5. And the extraction rate of corydaline was about 68%.
