《三国志演义》魏氏刊本是明代万历年间或万历以后的福建建阳刊本,它属于《三国志演义》二十卷本中的简本。它删减的内容主要是：细节描写,人物对话,人物出身介绍,正文中所插入的诗论等。魏氏刊本参照了杨美生刊本进行刊刻,二者有着共同的底本或祖本。魏氏刊本和美玉堂刊本之间的关系,以及美玉堂刊本和杨美生刊本之间的关系,尚待进一步研究。
《삼국지연의》위씨간본시명대만력년간혹만력이후적복건건양간본,타속우《삼국지연의》이십권본중적간본。타산감적내용주요시：세절묘사,인물대화,인물출신개소,정문중소삽입적시론등。위씨간본삼조료양미생간본진행간각,이자유착공동적저본혹조본。위씨간본화미옥당간본지간적관계,이급미옥당간본화양미생간본지간적관계,상대진일보연구。
The Wei＇ s edition of The Three Kingdoms was printed in Jianyang of Fujian province during the period of or after Wanli of the Ming Dynasty. It belongs to an abridged edition of the 20 - volume The Three Kingdoms. Detail description, conversation of the characters, family background introduction, as well as the poems and comments inserted in texts are cut in this edition. In block - printing, it referred to Yang Meisheng＇ s edition. They have the same master copy or mother edition. The relationship between Wei＇ s edition and Meiyu Tang＇ s edition, as well as the relationship between Meiyu Tang＇ s edition and Yang Meisheng＇ s edition remains to be studied.
