自从2008年金融危机以来,国际市场原材料不断上涨,人民币持续升值,国家银根紧缩,节能减排,劳动力成本上升的种种问题接踵而至,困扰着三环锁业及众多的制锁企业,而锁具企业自身的商标侵权、产品质量低下等内部顽疾也越积越深。面对着急剧变化的经营环境、国内外各种不利因素,三环锁业以及众多制锁企业是坐以待毙,还是积极转变、调整思路重新定位走出一条新的中国制造之路。分析了锁具企业在锁具市场所面临的各种市场困境,通过两个制锁企业的成功和失败案例,提出了在当前复杂的环境下,三环锁业等我国锁具企业的具体应对之策。

Since the 2008 financial crisis,the raw material rice in the international market continuously rise,as well as RMB value,which resulted in national credit-tightening,energy conservation and emission reduction,and the higher labor costs,and plagued the Tri-circle locks,and locks lock enterprise enterprise and the own trademark infringement,low product quality and so on internal persistent ailment also accumulated more deeply;Facing the rapid changes of operating environment,the domestic and foreign various unfavorable factors,and numerous three-ring lock enterprise is dying out there or find a way to change and regulate the thinking and relocate the orientation for a new Chinese manufacturing road.In this paper,it was put forward that locks enterprises in market had to face a variety of locks predicament,and through two lock companies＇ success and failure,the current complex environment in China was analyzed and corresponding solutions for three-ring lockers etc were given.
