随着《教师资格条例》、《中小学教师继续教育规定》的颁布,对从事基础教育的教师提出了更高的要求。同时,终身教育理念和当前中小学教育发展现状都使得教师职后继续教育越来越受到重视。近年来,国家和地方、学校都投入了大量的人力、物力、财力,开展了不同层次、不同类别、不同规模的教师继续教育,但效果并不都尽如人意,普遍存在培训机构种类繁多资质良莠不齐;教师培训计划方案没有长期规划性,教师被动接受培训安排缺乏自主性;教师培训时间、经费难以保证等现实问题。针对这些问题本文初步探索一种地区性的集合教育管理部门、培训机构、用人院校、教师,四位一体的继续教育新模式以供参考。

With the teacher qualification regulations,primary and secondary school teachers continuing education requirements promulgated on the teachers engaged in basic education put forward higher requirements. At the same time,the concept of lifelong education and the development of primary and secondary education status quo continuing education teachers in post more and more attention.In recent years,national and local schools have put a lot of manpower, material and financial resources to carry out the different levels and categories of different scales of teachers continuing education,but the results were not satisfactory, the prevalence of training institutions a wide range of qualifications good and bad;teacher training programs programs no long-term planning, teachers'passive acceptance of the training arrangements lack of autonomy; teacher training time,funding is difficult to guarantee real problem. To solve these problems in this article explored a collection of regional education authorities,training institutions,employing institutions, teachers,four, one of the continuing education of a new model for reference.
