[目的]为解决张掖市肉牛生产中没有配套品种和杂交优势削减问题。[方法]张掖市引进德系西门塔尔乳肉兼用牛(弗莱维赫)肉牛冻精开展导入杂交对比试验。[结果]表明:杂交一代的初生、3月龄试验组和对照组在体重、体尺方面均表现差异不显著,6月龄试验组和对照组在胸围和体重方面差异极显著,12月龄试验组和对照组在体高、体斜长、胸围方面差异极显著,说明12月龄前试验组生长发育比对照组快。[结论]张掖基础母牛群导入德系西门塔尔乳肉兼用牛,其后代适应性、抗病性强、耐粗饲,生长发育表现较好,得到当地养牛户的好评,在张掖具有较好的推广前景。

[Objective]In order to solve the problems on heterosis decreasing and no mating breed in beef cattle production. [Method]Comparative test was carried on importing hybrid by introducing frozen semen of Fleckvieh,which was an dairy and beef type cattle. [Result]The body weight and size from first- filial generation of new born, 3 months had no significant difference than that of the control. At six months, between the experimental and control group, there was significant difference on chest measurement and body weight. And at 12 months, they also had obvious difference on body height, body slanting length and chest measurement. The above results indicated that the experimental group developed faster than the control before 12 months old. [Conclusion]The hybrids was good in adaptability, disease resistance, crude feed tolerance,growth and development by introducing German dualpurpose Simmental cattle, which got high praise in the local and had good prospect in extension.
