Zaosheng cattle%F1 hybrids from Red Angus× Zaosheng cattle%beef performance
[目的]本文对早胜牛(对照组)和红早F1代(试验组)强度育肥,研究早胜牛与红安格斯杂交肉牛早起强度育肥肉用性能。[方法]选择了早胜牛50头,红早F1代96头,阉牛52头,母牛44头,经过112d育肥。[结果]表明红早F1代平均日增重897.95g,当地早胜牛平均日增重686.55g,提高30.79%,增重效果明显,差异显著(P〈0.05),屠宰试验结果表明试验组和对照组的屠宰率分别为52.10%和56.03%,净肉率为41.17%和45.21%,差异显著(P〈0.05),高档肉占净肉分别为7.72%和10.11%,差异显著(P〈0.05)。[结论]试验证明,利用红安格斯肉牛杂交改良早胜牛,可显著提高早胜牛肉用生产性能。

[Objective]Fattening performance of different F1 crossbreeds from red Angus and Zaosheng cattle,was studied by intensive fattening in early stage. [Method]96 F1 hybrids of red Angus and Zaosheng cattle, 50 Zaosheng cattle, 52 castrated cattle and 44 female cattle were selected for fattening. [Result]After 112 days, the average daily gains of control groups was 686.55g, while the test group was 897.95 g , which was 30.79% higher than that of the control group, respectively. The result of slaughtering test indicated that the dressing percentage and net meat rate of test group were 56.03% and 45.21%, those of the control group were 52.10% and 41.17%, the difference was significant ( P 〈0.05). The high-grade beef percentage of test group was 10.11%, the control group was 7.72% and the difference was also significant ( P 〈0. 05). [Conclusion]It was shown that beef performance of Zaosheng cattle was remarkably improved by crossbreeding with red Angus.
