为了对港口龙门吊的关键设备柴油机进行状态监测与故障诊断,从运行8 323~8 521 h的龙门吊柴油机上提取油样,利用油液分析技术对油样进行检测.通过铁谱分析和理化分析,得出监测设备的运行状态,为此设备的维护和维修提供依据.

In this paper,the fault diagnosis of the diesel engine,a key installation in gantry crane,was studied by lubrication oil analysis.Firstly ferrography and physical/chemical analysis were introduced and then the oil samples taken from the gantry crane after an operation of 8323 to 8521 hrs were tested.Based on the analysis of experimental data the running state of the monitoring equipment could be obtained,which could provide a reference for the maintenance of the equipment,and thus realize the purpose of monitoring and fault diagnosis.
