近年来,随着创业型经济的兴起,新创企业成长研究备受学者们的关注,然而就集群环境下新创企业如何获得成长这一研究问题,现有研究还探讨不足。为此,本文籍以社会网络理论与资源基础观,构建了集群新创企业成长机制的理论模型,并通过广东省云浮石材产业集群的案例研究进行验证。研究发现集群内新创企业可以通过与不同的组织构建亲密信任的网络关系来获取集群内部的共享性资源,从而促进企业成长。

In recent years,with the development of entrepreneurial economy,more and more scholars give much attention on the growth of new venture.However there is few research on how new venture in cluster grow.Therefore,this paper construct a theoretical model of growth mechanism of new venture in cluster based on social network theory and resource view and test it through a case study on Guangdong yunfu stone industry cluster.Research result shows that new venture in cluster can construct intimate relationship network with different organizations which can help new venture receive sharing resources and promote enterprise growth.
