目的：通过加强对住院患者的健康教育，提高患者的医从性。方法统计近三年我院收治的输尿管双“J”管滞留的病例，通过填写双“J”管滞留原因分析表，回顾性分析产生这种双“J”管滞留原因，制定全面系统的健康教育方案。结果从双“J”管滞留原因调查分析表中我们看到：3年收治双“J”管滞留15例，3例不能出示出院证，6例不清楚接受的什么手术方式，14例不清楚患者体内留有双“J”管，15例不清楚什么时候应该取出双“J”管。结论全面系统的健康教育，是提高患者依从性的重要环节，可有效防止泌尿系手术后输尿管内支架管的滞留。
목적：통과가강대주원환자적건강교육，제고환자적의종성。방법통계근삼년아원수치적수뇨관쌍“J”관체류적병례，통과전사쌍“J”관체류원인분석표，회고성분석산생저충쌍“J”관체류원인，제정전면계통적건강교육방안。결과종쌍“J”관체류원인조사분석표중아문간도：3년수치쌍“J”관체류15례，3례불능출시출원증，6례불청초접수적십요수술방식，14례불청초환자체내류유쌍“J”관，15례불청초십요시후응해취출쌍“J”관。결론전면계통적건강교육，시제고환자의종성적중요배절，가유효방지비뇨계수술후수뇨관내지가관적체류。
Objective Through enhanced health education in Hospitalized patients to to improve patient compliance. Method Statistical cases of double-J ureteral tube stranded in our hospital nearly three years, by fil ing in double J tube stranded reason analysis table. Retrospective analysis of double J tube stranded reasons,to formulate a comprehensive system of health education program. Results From the double J tube stranded cause investigation analysis table, we can see: There were 15 cases of double J tube stranded in past three years, 3 cases unable to present the discharged proof,6 cases unclear what surgery they accepted,14 cases unclear the double J tube in their ureter,15 cases unclear when should remove the double J tube. Conclusion The comprehensive system of health education is an important part to improve patient’s compliance, which can effectively prevent ureteral stent stranded in post-operative urinary .
