目的：观察痛经舒汤加减联合董氏奇穴常规穴针刺治疗痛经的临床疗效。方法将212例痛经患者随机分为2组。治疗组106例痛经发作期予董氏奇穴常规穴针刺治疗，痛经缓解期予痛经舒汤加减，对照组106例予月月舒冲剂治疗。2组连续用药3个月经周期为1个疗程。观察2组临床疗效，并分别于治疗前后对患者痛经及其他主要临床症状评分进行比较。结果治疗组总有效率83．96％，对照组总有效率66．04％，2组总有效率比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0．01），治疗组疗效优于对照组。2组治疗后痛经程度评分均下降（P＜0．01），且治疗组低于对照组（P＜0．01）；停药3个月后，对照组痛经评分较治疗后明显升高（P＜0．05），治疗组无明显变化（P＞0．05），治疗组痛经程度评分亦明显低于对照组（P＜0．01）。结论痛经舒汤加减联合董氏奇穴常规穴针刺治疗痛经疗效确切。
목적：관찰통경서탕가감연합동씨기혈상규혈침자치료통경적림상료효。방법장212례통경환자수궤분위2조。치료조106례통경발작기여동씨기혈상규혈침자치료，통경완해기여통경서탕가감，대조조106례여월월서충제치료。2조련속용약3개월경주기위1개료정。관찰2조림상료효，병분별우치료전후대환자통경급기타주요림상증상평분진행비교。결과치료조총유효솔83．96％，대조조총유효솔66．04％，2조총유효솔비교차이유통계학의의（P＜0．01），치료조료효우우대조조。2조치료후통경정도평분균하강（P＜0．01），차치료조저우대조조（P＜0．01）；정약3개월후，대조조통경평분교치료후명현승고（P＜0．05），치료조무명현변화（P＞0．05），치료조통경정도평분역명현저우대조조（P＜0．01）。결론통경서탕가감연합동씨기혈상규혈침자치료통경료효학절。
Objective To observe the effect of Tongjingshu decoction combined with conventional acupunc -ture treatment of Dong ’ s extra-point on dysmenorrheal .Methods 212 patients with dysmenorrheal were randomly divided into two groups .106 cases in the control group received Yueyueshu granules treatment .106 cases in treatment group received Tongjingshu decoction in stage of dysmenorrhea remission combined with conventional acupuncture treatment of Dong ’ s extra -point in stage of dysmenorrhea attack .The course was three menstrual cycle in two groups.The therapeutic effect was observed .Dysmenorrhea and other major clinical symptom scores of patients before and after treatment were compared in two groups .Results The total effective rate in treatment group was 83.96%. The total effective rate in control group was 66.04%.There was significant difference between two groups on the total effective rate (P<0.05).That of treatment group was superior to that of control group .The dysmenorrhea severity score after treatment was decreased in two groups (P<0.01).The dysmenorrhea severity score in treatment group was lower than that in control group after treatment (P<0.05).3 months after discontinuation the dysmenorrhea se-verity score was obviously increased as compared with that after treatment (P<0.05).There was no significant differ-ence in treatment group (P>0.05).The dysmenorrhea severity score in treatment group was lower than that in con -trol group (P<0.01).Conclusion Tongjingshu decoction combined with conventional acupuncture treatment of Dong’ s extra-point has definite effect on dysmenorrheal .
