韩国体育教师职前教育体制具有“多元化的体育教师职前培育机构、严格的公立学校体育教师考聘制度、定期的体育教师教育机构评估制度”等特点。韩国体育教育专业的课程设置渐趋实现从“以体育运动技能为核心”向“以体育教学课程为核心”转变，注重培养学生的创造性体育教学能力、机智性教学反应能力以及理解并诠释国家体育课程的能力。对中国的体育教师教育有如下启示：健全法律法规，保障体育教师的身份与权益；严格考聘制度，突出体育教师职业的专门性；规范评估制度，调控体育教师教育发展方向；平衡学科与教学法课程，培养优秀体育师资；加强读写能力考核，提升教师沟通交流能力及交往技能。

The physical education teacher pre-service education system in Korea has characteristics such as“multi-task physical education teacher pre-service education institution, strict public school physical education teacher examination and employment system, regular physical education institution evaluation system”etc. The curriculum setup for the physical education major in Korea has gradually realized the shifting from“basing the core on sports skills” to “basing the core on physical education teaching curriculum”, focused on cultivating students’ creative physical education teaching ability, intelligent teaching response ability as well as national physical education cur-riculum understanding and interpreting ability. There are the following inspirations to physical education teacher education in China:perfect laws and regulations, ensure physical education teacher status and interests;toughen the employment system, highlight the particularity of physical education teacher occupation;standardize the evaluation system, control physical education teacher education development direction; balance disciplinary and teaching method related courses, cultivate excellent physical education teachers; strengthen reading and writing ability ex-amination, enhance teachers’ communication abilities and association skills.
