针对外压容器加强圈因接管和预焊件而被断开的情况,借助有限元软件ANSYS,利用特征值分析、双非线性分析方法对其失稳行为进行了研究。结果表明,随着开孔率的增加,分析模型的临界压力不断降低,通过加大加强圈的尺寸并不能有效恢复筒体的承载能力;加强圈因垫板而断开时,其对筒体临界外压的影响较小。
針對外壓容器加彊圈因接管和預銲件而被斷開的情況,藉助有限元軟件ANSYS,利用特徵值分析、雙非線性分析方法對其失穩行為進行瞭研究。結果錶明,隨著開孔率的增加,分析模型的臨界壓力不斷降低,通過加大加彊圈的呎吋併不能有效恢複筒體的承載能力;加彊圈因墊闆而斷開時,其對筒體臨界外壓的影響較小。

Based on the ANSYS,the elastic-plastic constitutive relation and dual nonlinear anal-ysis method are used to analyze the critical pressure of the cylinder that had the stiffening ring broken by nozzle or pad.The results showed that with the increase of the opening ratio,the criti-cal pressure of the analysis model to continuously reduce and the critical pressure of the cylinder cannot be significantly improved by increasing the size of the stiffening ring.The critical pressure of the cylinder to reduce rarely when the stiffening ring broken by pad.
