以16万m3液化天然气全容罐内罐为研究对象,应用ANSYS软件建立模型,并运用其模态分析模块和瞬态动力学分析模块进行模态分析和地震响应分析,分析时考虑了液体与罐壁的液固耦合现象。结果表明,液化天然气全容罐内罐的自振频率较低并且分布密集,罐壁的固有振型呈环向多波现象;典型部位的3个代表节点的位移和应力时程响应显示水平地震波对液化天然气全容罐内罐的位移和应力变化起主导作用。

As the researching object to 160 000 m3 full-capacity liquefied nature gas(LNG)tank inner tank,application of ANSYS set up elements model,and using the modal analysis module and transient dynamics analysis module carry out the model analysis and seismic response analy-sis,considering fluid-solid coupling phenomenon.The results show that the nature frequency of liquefied nature gas inner tank is lower and distribute intensively,the natural modes of the tank wall is ring to multi-wave phenomenon;seismic response analysis of liquefied nature gas inner tank get its displacement and stress distribution and variation regular pattern.The displacement and stress time history response of three representative node at typical parts show horizontal seis-mic waves play a dominate role to the displacement and stress of liquefied nature gas inner tank.
