应用FLUENT软件对纵向翅片管、圆形翅片管和椭圆形翅片管的传热性能进行模拟分析,得到流场中温度和压力的分布,并分别将纵向翅片管和椭圆形翅片管的传热性能与圆形翅片管进行比较。分析表明,纵向翅片管的传热效果最差,椭圆翅片管与圆形翅片管的传热效果相当,但椭圆形翅片管对流体造成的压降略小,综合传热效果最为理想。
應用FLUENT軟件對縱嚮翅片管、圓形翅片管和橢圓形翅片管的傳熱性能進行模擬分析,得到流場中溫度和壓力的分佈,併分彆將縱嚮翅片管和橢圓形翅片管的傳熱性能與圓形翅片管進行比較。分析錶明,縱嚮翅片管的傳熱效果最差,橢圓翅片管與圓形翅片管的傳熱效果相噹,但橢圓形翅片管對流體造成的壓降略小,綜閤傳熱效果最為理想。

FLUENT is applied to heat transfer performance simulation analysis of longitudinal finned tube,circular finned tube and elliptic finned tube,the distribution of temperature and pressure in the flow field is obtained.Compare the heat transfer performance of longitudinal finned tube and elliptic finned with circular finned tube.Analysis shows that heat transfer effect of longitudinal finned tube is the worst,heat transfer effect of elliptical finned tube and circular finned tube is quite,but the fluid pressure drop caused by elliptic finned tube is slightly smaller, comprehensive heat transfer effect of elliptic finned tube is most ideal.
