目的:探讨依达拉奉与七叶皂苷钠联用治疗脑出血的疗效。方法收集2011年1月至2013年10月,我院住院接受治疗的脑出血患者60例,随机分为观察组与对照组,每组30例,对照组予以常规内科保守治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上应用依达拉奉联合七叶皂苷钠进行治疗,对比分析两组的疗效。结果观察组的总有效率为83.3%,对照组为60.0%,观察组显著高于对照组(P<0.05);两组治疗后 niHss 明显改善,但观察组的 niHss 评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对脑出血患者在常规内科治疗的基础上应用依达拉奉联合七叶皂苷钠治疗,可有效促进神经功能恢复,疗效显著,值得推广应用。

목적:탐토의체랍봉여칠협조감납련용치료뇌출혈적료효。방법수집2011년1월지2013년10월,아원주원접수치료적뇌출혈환자60례,수궤분위관찰조여대조조,매조30례,대조조여이상규내과보수치료,관찰조재대조조적기출상응용의체랍봉연합칠협조감납진행치료,대비분석량조적료효。결과관찰조적총유효솔위83.3%,대조조위60.0%,관찰조현저고우대조조(P<0.05);량조치료후 niHss 명현개선,단관찰조적 niHss 평분현저저우대조조(P<0.05)。결론대뇌출혈환자재상규내과치료적기출상응용의체랍봉연합칠협조감납치료,가유효촉진신경공능회복,료효현저,치득추엄응용。
Objective to investigate the effect of edaravone combined with the treatment of cerebral hemorrhage and aescin. Methods 60 cases of cerebral hemorrhage patients from January 2011 to october 2013 in our hospital were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 30 patients in the control group received conventional conservative treatment, the observation group application on the basis of the control group edaravone aescine sodium treatment, comparative analysis of the efficacy of the two groups. Results the total effective observation group was 83.3% in the control group was 60.0% in the observation group was significantly higher (P<0.05); NIHSS significantly improved after treatment in both groups, but the observation group NIHSS scores were significantly lower than the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion the cerebral hemorrhage in conventional medical treatment on the basis of edaravone aescinate sodium therapy can effectively promote the recovery of neurological function, a significant effect should be widely applied.
