辽宁省是我国的重工业基地,而装备制造业又是辽宁工业发展的重点行业,因而装备制造业的可持续发展成为实现辽宁省经济可持续发展的关键。在分析装备制造业发展现状及资源环境状况的基础上,提出辽宁省装备制造业在资源环境约束下实现可持续发展的4条路径,即法律法规的完善、自主创新能力的提升、产业结构的优化与战略性新兴产业的发展。
遼寧省是我國的重工業基地,而裝備製造業又是遼寧工業髮展的重點行業,因而裝備製造業的可持續髮展成為實現遼寧省經濟可持續髮展的關鍵。在分析裝備製造業髮展現狀及資源環境狀況的基礎上,提齣遼寧省裝備製造業在資源環境約束下實現可持續髮展的4條路徑,即法律法規的完善、自主創新能力的提升、產業結構的優化與戰略性新興產業的髮展。

Liaoning Province is a heavy industry base in China,and the equipment manufacturing industry is the key industry of industrial development in Liaoning Province.The sustainable development of equipment manufacturing industry becomes the key of realizing the sustainable economic development in Liaoning Province.Based on analyzing the status quo of development and the situation of resource and environment of equipment manufacturing industry,four paths to realize the sustainable development of equipment manufacturing industry in Liaoning Province under the restriction of resource and environment are proposed,namely,to perfect the laws and regulations,to improve the ability of independent innovation,to optimize the industrial structure,and to develop the new strategic industries.
